The service includes constructing, customization (including bleaching knots and plucking the hairline), styling to your preferences, and optional hair coloring for an extra $100. You have the option to supply the desired number of bundles and choose between a frontal or closure. For lengths over 18 inches, we recommend using 4 bundles. The turnaround time AFTER we receive your bundles is 5–15 business days; this does not include shipping time.

Please note the following:
If you are using previously used bundles, please ensure they are gently used and provide enough hair for a full head (3 to 4 full bundles).
You have the option to send your bundles directly from the hair company you ordered from to our location.
If supplying used bundles, you must also supply brand-new lace.
Only human hair units are accepted; no synthetic hair.
You are responsible for shipping your bundles to us. Please provide tracking within a week, or we will cancel and refund your order.
