You can place your order online only.
Prior to making a purchase on our website, due to the unique nature of our products, once an order is fulfilled and shipped, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges unless there is a mistake on our part as the seller.
If the seller makes a mistake, we will gladly accept the wig in its original condition in exchange for the correct order you placed. Please contact us within 48 hours; after that period, we will not be able to accept the wig's return. A refund will be issued only if we receive the wig in its original condition. Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to refuse returns and refunds for items that have been altered or tampered with, such as being worn, changed in style, or having the lace cut.
IslandLuxe Extensions reserves the right to verify all orders by requesting proof of payment and a valid ID. We want to emphasize that none of the information provided will ever be disclosed under any circumstances. This verification process is in place to protect against fraud and prevent any potential fraudulent disputes.
If you fail to provide proof of payment and a valid ID within 1 hour after you order, your order will be refunded, and you will need to initiate the buying process again. (An authorization form will be sent to your email, which you can use to provide proof of payment and identification.)
In the event of fraudulent activities or disputes, your ability to make purchases with IslandLuxe Extensions will be revoked!
In order to ensure speedy delivery, we process all orders daily. It's important to note that once your payment is successfully processed, no changes or alterations can be made to your order.
For cancellations, once an order is submitted, you have 24 hours to cancel your order before the refund policy goes into full effect. NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
IslandLuxe Extensions is not responsible for any improperly fitted wigs. Before purchasing a unit, please be sure to properly measure your head.
Your order will only be fulfilled and shipped if the billing and shipping addresses are identical; there are no exceptions to this rule. If your billing and shipping addresses do not match, your order will be canceled and refunded, and you will be contacted by email.
For "PREORDER" units, please allow 10–21 business days for orders to be processed and shipped out. For every "READY TO SHIP" units, Please allow 2 - 5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped out. For Bundles, closures, and frontals, please allow 4-15 business days for orders to be processed and shipped out. Once shipped out, please allow 3 - 5 business days for the package to be delivered.
*Please take note that processing times may fluctuate with the changing seasons, resulting in occasional delays in shipping beyond the usual timeframe of 3- 5 business days. All orders should have received a tracking number via email. If you have not received an email with your tracking information, please contact us for assistance*
We want to emphasize thatIslandLuxe Extensions is not liable for any lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced packages after they have been transferred to USPS. In the event of any issues related to your shipment, we encourage you to reach out to your local USPS office for prompt resolution.
