WHAT IS YOUR REFUND & PRIVACY POLICY?Prior to making a purchase on our website, due to the unique nature of our products, once an order is fulfilled and shipped, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges unless there is a mistake on our part as the seller. If the seller makes a mistake, we will gladly accept the wig in its original condition in exchange for the correct order you placed. Please contact us within 48 hours; after that period, we will not be able to accept the wig's return. A refund will be issued only if we receive the wig in its original condition. Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to refuse returns and refunds for items that have been altered or tampered with, such as being worn, changed in style, or having the lace cut. IslandLuxe Extensions reserves the right to verify all orders by requesting proof of payment and a valid ID. We want to emphasize that none of the information provided will ever be disclosed under any circumstances. This verification process is in place to protect against fraud and prevent any potential fraudulent disputes. If you fail to provide proof of payment and a valid ID within 1 hour after you order, your order will be refunded, and you will need to initiate the buying process again. (An authorization form will be sent to your email, which you can use to provide proof of payment and identification.) In the event of fraudulent activities or disputes, your ability to make purchases with IslandLuxe Extensions will be revoked!

It's important to note that once your payment is successfully processed, no changes or alterations can be made to your order. For every "READY TO SHIP" units, Please allow 2 - 5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped out. For Bundles, closures, and frontals, please allow 4-15 business days for orders to be processed and shipped out. Once shipped out, please allow 3 - 5 business days for the package to be delivered. *Please take note that processing times may fluctuate with the changing seasons, resulting in occasional delays in shipping beyond the usual timeframe of 3- 5 business days. WHATS A PREORDER WIG?Our Preorder wigs allow clients to recreate any signature looks. These units can be personalized according to individual preferences, including options for lace size, desired length, and cap size. Preorders typically require 10-21 business days for completion and an additional 3-5 days for shipping and delivery.

DO YOUR WIGS COMES FULLY CUSTOMIZED?All wigs are fully customized, styled, and ready to wear upon arrival. Lace can be cut upon request.

WHAT IS A HAND-CONSTRUCTED WIG?Hand-constructed wigs are crafted using a sewing machine, tailored individually to match your head measurements. These units are not standardized to fit everyone uniformly, ensuring a personalized and precise fit.

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME FOR A CUSTOM WIG?The construction time for both Build Your Own Bundle (BYOB) services and Tropicare (Wig Revamp) services is estimated at 3-7 Business days. However, for custom unit orders, we kindly request a timeframe of 10-21 business days for completion.

CAN I SHIP MY HAIR TO YOU TO GET A WIG MADE?Yes, you can ship your hair to me but you are responsible for any shipping fees. Once the unit is complete it will be shipped back to you at no extra cost.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM COLORING FOR WIGS?We do not offer custom coloring upon request, but we do recreate hair colors that we have created it in the past.
